I started to learn Wu Style Tai Chi in 2008 from Sifu Low Keng Han. Over these years I have learned different forms 108, 54 and 12 movements as well as push hands. During the Tai Chi classes, I met many new friends and formed lasting friendships. We practice together and it leads to shared joyful experiences. It will be a lifelong journey because I appreciate the breadth and depth of this activity. I am just starting to feel the tai chi internal strengths and attributes. There are still a lot of things to learn including weapons, push hands and the refining of different forms. |
