Chief Instructor's Bio:
Martial Arts History/Biography of Training/Teaching: Master Russ Goulart began studying martial arts in 1970. He is also a member of Korea Hapkido USA Association, American Tai Chi and Qigong Association, Korean New Martial Arts Hapkido Federation, and European Wu Tai Chi Association. He has also studied Chen, Yang, Sun and Modern Combined tai chi chuan styles. Master Goulart teaches danjun breathing (dan tien) and pressure point manipulation in association with meridian pathways for healing qigong. In the martial sense, Master Goulart explores a study of joint-locking/pressure point striking and the effects on the meridian channels to the internal organs.
